Special Educational Needs

My research centers on making education more accessible and meaningful for students of all abilities. With a commitment to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments, I developed a 100-hour Junior Cycle short course designed to introduce students to diverse needs within the classroom, including Special Educational Needs (SEN). The course also incorporates foundational design principles aimed at fostering an educational space where all students can thrive. Through this course, students gain awareness and practical skills to support inclusivity and empathy in educational settings. Please see the attached document for full course details.
